Delivery and Refund

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the medication you purchased is wrong. If you receive the wrong medication, please contact us at our email or toll-free number with details of the product and the defect. 


  • You can send the item you consider defective or wrong to our registered address.


  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If we find that you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original mode of payment.


  • If the product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange.


  • Please send the item by courier to the address you receive in our correspondence. You must inform us before returning any product. Returned items should not be used and in the same condition that we sent it to you in their original packaging. 


  • Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same amount used to make the purchase, minus the cost of the initial postage fee. When you return any item to us, the item will be your responsibility until it reaches us. 


  • We request you to use a trackable courier and a receipt of the sent courier should be emailed to us. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 


  • The cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded.
